銀座 うしお画廊
瀬本容子　金地テンペラ画技法による
– 板絵・ガラス絵・羊皮紙絵展 –

2020年6月上旬、東京都・銀座のうしお画廊にて、瀬本容子の個展が行われました。今回の個展では、多くの新作を出展しており、大変多くの方にご来場いただきました。

In early June 2020, Yoko Semoto’s solo exhibition was held at the Ushio Gallery in Ginza, Tokyo. In this solo exhibition, many new works were exhibited and a large number of people visited the exhibition.

・新作「赤い花 白い花」 2019年、テンペラ画、板絵、F10

　New work ‘Red Flower and White Flower’ 2019, tempera on board, F10

2019年に描かれた、赤い花と白い花です。花がいけてある花瓶は、瀬本がフランス留学中に購入したもので、花瓶を見る度にフランスで目にした光景や出会った人々を思い出すそうです。

Red flowers and white flowers drawn in 2019. The vase with flowers was purchased by Semoto while she was studying in France. Every time she looks at the vase, she remembers the sights and people she met in France.

・新作「ざくろと瀬戸内海」 2020年、テンペラ画、板絵、F3

2020年に描かれた、ざくろと瀬戸内海の絵です。瀬本は幼少の頃まで瀬戸内海を臨む岡山県倉敷市で育ちました。穏やかな海には、人の心を落ち着かせてくれる力があります。

・新作「曲芸」 2019年、テンペラ画、板絵、F4

　New work ‘Acrobatics’ 2019, tempera on board, F4

2019年に描かれた、曲芸の絵です。瀬本がヨーロッパ留学中に見た曲芸の素晴らしさが伝わってきます。人も馬も力強くパフォーマンスをしています。

An acrobatics picture drawn in 2019. The wonderfulness of acrobatics that Semoto saw while studying in Europe is conveyed. Both people and horses perform powerfully.
